Our Sunday Session Deep Dives are an opportunity to join with experts and other parents to reflect and learn in community. We talk about common unschooling topics with our invited guests in these interactive Zoom sessions, and there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to take part in the conversation. Finding Calm, Building Trust. Nervous System Regulation for Unschooling Parents.

You've read the books and you believe all the theory but it still feels so difficult in practice! Together we'll be looking at why our nervous systems cling onto old beliefs and patterns. And we'll explore some tools and strategies we can introduce into our days to transform anxiety and fear, and create deep shifts in our lives.
